PPIC Seminar: Untangling the State-Local Fiscal Relationship

You are invited to a seminar on “Untangling the State-Local Fiscal Relationship”. California’s budget crisis has spurred a reconsideration of the roles of government. This event will explore key issues in the state-local relationship today—from the state’s role in providing services to the tools counties need to succeed in their new responsibilities.
