Sutro Library Launches 2010 Lecture Series

Curious about the Comstock Lode’s famous Sutro Tunnel, or the Sutro Baths, Sutro Railway, and Cliff House in San Francisco?  Sutro Library, our branch in San Francisco, is offering a free series of evening lectures on the life and times of Adolph Sutro, whose private library was acquired by the State Library in 1917.  The series will run on the last Thursday of each month from January through April 2010.  Visit the Sutro Library Program Series for details.
