If your library jurisdiction used the summer reading themes Catch the Reading Bug and/or Metamorphosis @ Your Library this year, please complete the participation survey via http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/?p=WEB2286Q4LTSZF by Friday, September 19.
The survey should be completed once for each library jurisdiction, with one person responding on behalf of all library service points. If the survey should be completed by someone other than you, we would be grateful if you could forward this message to that person.
The questionnaire should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. If you did not gather data relating to a particular question, please note this in the response box; if you are unable to answer a question, please use the response box to tell us why. Your feedback will help us improve next year’s survey.
The data will be used for reporting to the California State Library and IMLS, and to improve summer reading for the future. We will also post a summary of results on the summer reading website.
