Reminder: The California Rural Library Initiative will offer a free webcast on a new certificate program for library practitioners Wednesday, June 25, from noon to 1 pm. The webcast is free and open to staff of California libraries.
During this informative webcast, you will learn about the Western Council of State Libraries Library Certificate Program for Library Practitioners, defined as library directors or managers without a Masters of Library Science (MLS). At the conclusion of this webcast, you will have the information that you need to start planning your continuing education to meet certification requirements, or to apply for the certificate right away.
