State Librarian Susan Hildreth is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted to participate in the 2008/09 Out-of-School-Time Online Homework Help program. The invitation to apply, program guidelines and conditions, and the application form are all available on the California State Library's website at http://www.library.ca.gov/grants/lsta/lsta_app_08_09.html.
