T. Berry Brazelton to speak on early learners and libraries via webcast

A live webcast featuring Dr. T. Berry Brazelton and Dr. Joshua Sparrow of the Brazelton Touchpoints Center in Boston is scheduled for  May 17, 2007 from 11:30 am – 1 pm, and California's library community is invited to join in.  This webcast has been made possible by the California State Library’s Early Learning with Families (ELF) and Rural Libraries initiatives.   
 
The Touchpoints™ Approach and the insights of Dr. Brazelton, Dr. Sparrow and their colleagues, have much to offer those of us attempting to provide library programming, services and support to families of infants and toddlers.     
 
Dr. T. Berry Brazelton, founder of Brazelton Touchpoints Center, is a highly regarded pediatrician holding appointments at Harvard Medical School and Brown University.   Dr. Joshua Sparrow is Assistant Professor in Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School.
