Office of Library Construction (OLC) reorganized as Bond Administration Office (BAO)

The California State Library’s (CSL) Office of Library Construction (OLC) has been reorganized as a division of the CSL’s Administrative Services Bureau.  The office will be known as the Bond Administration Office (BAO) and will be under the direction of Andrew St. Mary, Chief, Administrative Services Bureau.  The Administrative Services Bureau manages all financial, human resources and support services for the California State Library.

The current staff of OLC will continue to be available to serve you in the newly-configured BAO. Richard Hall will also be available to assist and consult with California libraries with construction needs not related to Proposition 14 projects.  Hall may be reached at (916) 651-0973 or email at rhall@library.ca.gov.

Information about the BAO and contact information for BAO staff is now available through the California State Library’s website at http://www.library.ca.gov/LBA2000/.

You can also access this information through the CSL home page at www.library.ca.gov; click on “Grants” and click on “Library Construction.”
